About Leanda Carroll
“Nothing ever goes away until it has taught us what we need to know.”
– Pema Chodron
I started studying mindfulness over 10 years ago when I was faced with some major challenges in my life. This led me to study psychology, become a member of the Psychological Society of Ireland and then to formally study mindfulness by completing a two year masters in Mindfulness Based Interventions in University College Dublin. I am now attending a series of Masterclasses in Mindfulness in the Workplace at the Oxford Mindfulness Centre, Oxford University.
I use my skills to give you access to effective strategies and tools which change the quality of your personal and professional life beyond all recognition. I am passionate about my work as a Mindfulness Teacher. I look forward to sharing this passion with you and through teaching you mindfulness the skills to respond rather than react and the positive influence it can have on your life and that of others. With my guidance, Mindfulness will easily and naturally become a part of you.
